She WALKS!!!

I can't believe that we were lucky enough to see Emmy's first steps and catch them on video! I had just sat down in the living room and she was watching her signing time video and she stood up and started bopping around. She lost her balance a bit and took a step forward to re-balance and then she did it again and again and again... I started counting out loud the steps and Kim turned around to see what was going on and he grabbed the camera and turned it on. She did 18 consecutive steps for her first walk. We took her back across the room to see if she would do it again and she did it two more times. Since uploading the video she's been doing little steps everywhere. How exciting!!
