we've hit the big time

I forgot to say that Emmy's belly cast is on the homepage of Proud Belly now. I wish I would have sent a better photo of it now....it's a bit washed out. Oh well...

da belly is done

After many hours of work and bugging my husband to finish it I was able to do my part and get it all decorated. I think it turned out pretty darn good for our first attempt at one. *High Five*

Here's an up close of the detail on the tutu. It has the same trim braid that I made for the lamp and curtain tie backs.

Last night we did our belly cast :) It was alot easier than I thought it was going to be, but very messy! Lucky for me I have a nice husband that cleaned up all the mess while I hit the shower. It has to dry for a full 24 hours then it can be sanded down and edges trimmed. Then the extra fun part begins and I can decorate it!

I kinda felt like an easter egg.
