happy 6 weeks old emmy rose!

I can't believe it's been 6 weeks! It seems like such a short amount of time for what seems like forever. She got a fun visit today from her Great Auntie Sandra and Second Cousin Nikki who brought Emmy the cutest Taggie Book and hooded bath towel in her colors... stripped pink, green, and white! Thanks!!

If you are not familiar with the Taggie products you should check them out! I think they are totally awesome and made my own large Taggie blanket when I first found out I was pregnant. (Well.. I picked the stuff out and really my mother in law made it....hehe)

What are TAGGIES?

Created by an early childhood educator and mom, Taggies are based on the idea that babies and kids love to rub satin edges, clothing labels and tags. We watched our own kids do this, like yours, and came up with the idea of Taggies. Focused on the “whole child”, Taggies enhance early childhood emotional well being, growth, and sense of security by providing tactile and visually stimulating features that both soothe and entertain. Children interact with, explore and enjoy a generous assortment of printed and textured tags, creating in them a true sense of good feeling, positive adjustment and overall happiness. Contributing to a lifetime foundation of healthy development, "interactive” Taggies nurture with comfort, activity and fun!

My mother got Emmy some gifts today that made my husband sooo happy! A Purdue onesie and a Colts sleeper. I can see it now.... she's going to be such a tom boy! haha Thanks for the cute things mom!!
